Meet Jill Wolski, LCSW, Traumatic Loss Recovery Specialist
Jill Wolski, LCSW, has been a practicing therapist since 2013 and is the founder and director of Harmony Counseling, a mental health practice specializing in trauma treatment and holistic approaches to healing. She believes deeply that every person has the capacity to heal from past wounds when given an environment of safety, compassion, and the right tools to release the imprints of trauma on the body and brain.
Before becoming a full-time therapist, Jill served as director of a suicide crisis line in upstate New York, where she played a pivotal role in launching CrisisChat.org—the first text-based suicide crisis line in the United States. A lifelong pioneer, she has always sought out innovative, practical strategies to reach those in pain and bring them relief, healing, and hope.
Her work with women navigating traumatic loss is both professional and personal. After losing her brother and father, Jill embarked on her own long journey of recovery and healing. Out of that experience, she created the Life After Loss Blueprint—a program that weaves together the tools and practices she relied on herself and has refined over years of helping clients reclaim joy and strength after devastating loss.
Jill is also the proud mother of two grown children in their twenties and a devoted godmother to her young godson. Having lived through many joys and many losses, she is deeply grateful—for her teachers, the practitioners who continue to walk with her in healing, and for her own resilience and determination to embrace life fully.
