Frequently Asked Questions

Clarity Starts With A Question

Take the first step toward feeling like yourself again. In this free short training, you’ll learn the process that’s helped thousands heal from loss and rediscover joy.

Q. What makes this program different from traditional grief counseling or support groups?

Traditional grief counseling is a valuable first step in healing from loss. The Life After Loss Blueprint goes beyond supportive talk therapy by teaching somatic and nervous system regulation skills and guiding you through core memory reprocessing. Instead of just talking about your grief, you’ll go deeper and transform how it’s stored in your body and mind—creating lasting change. It is the program that bridges you back to full health, a new you, and a truly peaceful next chapter.

Q. I’ve tried therapy and support groups, I’ve read books, and even attended retreats—why would this work when nothing else has?

This program provides a structured process that blends neurological interventions with somatic and meditative practices, for lasting change. Many of these approaches are new to the field of therapy, and most grief counselors and grief support groups do not use them. They are also not techniques you can do on your own, or with the support of a book to guide you. This therapeutic program aims to help high-functioning women break free from the long-standing effects of traumatic loss, that keep them stuck and struggling with depression, anxiety, lack of focus, and trouble connecting, even after years of seeking help.

Q. When will I start to see results?

While everyone follows a different trajectory, we will start the three-step program after we complete an initial assessment and both feel that we have a good working relationship. You will go through these three phases at your own pace. Some women choose to meet weekly while others choose to meet every other week. The first phase and the second phase are self-paced, meaning you tell me how fast you want to move and how frequently you want to meet. The last phase, where we target traumatic memory, will take 2-3 weeks, and more frequent meetings during that time. You will start to see results as soon as we dig into these phases, with the most profound transformation at the end of the third phase.

Q: I’m afraid of getting overwhelmed or emotionally flooded—how is that handled?

Our method helps you process grief and trauma safely and gradually, with ongoing support. Emotional safety and client choice is always first priority. We do not start any work on clearing traumatic memory until you have learned emotional regulations strategies and feel comfortable using them on your own.

Q. What if I still feel connected to my loved one—will this program force me to ‘move on’ or forget them?

No. Our core philosophy honors your bond. The goal is to heal and build a vibrant life while keeping the love and connection for the one you have lost. When you have finished this work, you will feel connected to your loved one in a more joyous and balanced manner and the memory of your loved one will no longer trigger intense tears, panic or emotional shut down.

Q. How is the program delivered—do I have to travel or attend in person?

All sessions are online, so you can participate from anywhere. You’ll access video sessions and on-demand resources through our secure platform.

Q. What’s included in the investment?

Your enrollment covers the the complete program, working with your counselor through the three distinct phases of healing offered in the Life After Loss Blueprint, as well as educational videos and materials offered to support you on your journey.
