I’ve been seeing therapists since I was 17 years old. Over the past 15 years, I’ve seen about nine therapists. Before finding Jill, I was struggling with anxiety, PTSD, daily stress, depression, and various other issues. These challenges affected my relatively new relationship at the time, but they’ve been affecting my relationships my entire life. I remember feeling overwhelmed by everything, big or small, even the task of finding a new therapist took me a couple of months.
